This will supercharge your productivity and your day also.

5) Practising energy maxing and management techniques
Energy management techniques are important to ensure that you have the same energy levels tomorrow. These techniques include sleeping and most importantly you should ensure quality of sleep. I think 7 hours of sleep is enough for busy students but you should ensure the quality of sleep.
Some other energy maxing techniques include regular physical activity, jogging, walking and other physical exercises, eating healthy meals and most importantly staying hydrated.
6) Ask yourself
You should also listen to your soul and your body. This is most important students. You should also pay attentions to the signals that you are receiving from your body. Don’t push yourself in discomfort or fatigue. This may lead to burnout productivity in the long run.
